I had a c-section 4 wks ago. I'm 10 lbs from where I started. But, nothing is back where it use to be. I had 2 babies back to back. (both c-section, 1 year apart) I never had the opportunity to get back into shape after the first child. I'm willing to work hard but needs to be something I can do while kids nap or play.
How can I get rid of the love handles I picked up along the way?
